All-on-4

A whole arch on four to six implants
Not one implant per tooth.
When every tooth in a jaw is lost or condemned, each one is not replaced with an implant. Four to six implants, placed where the bone is densest and often angled to make use of it, support a screw-retained full-arch prosthesis.
The result is fixed: the prosthesis does not come out at night, unlike a conventional full denture. That difference is what most patients are looking for.

Why no price is published
The gap between two cases is too wide for one figure to mean anything.
The amount depends on the bone volume available, how many implants actually go in, whether a graft or sinus lift is needed, and the material of the final prosthesis. Those are read from the scan.
Quoting a figure before the examination would mean revising it later, and a quote revised upward mid-treatment is exactly what this page exists to avoid. The written quote is free and given before any commitment.

The temporary and the final prosthesis
You do not leave without teeth.
A temporary prosthesis is fitted at surgery: you leave with fixed teeth the same day. It is lighter and more fragile than the final one, and it serves through the months of bone integration.
The final prosthesis comes on the second trip, once the implants have stabilised, as for a single implant. Two trips three to four months apart, then, with the wait spent at home.

The upkeep, which decides how long it lasts
You clean underneath it, every day.
A fixed full-arch prosthesis leaves a space between itself and the gum, and that is where everything is decided. Daily cleaning underneath, with the interdental brushes and irrigator provided at the end of treatment, is what protects the implants from infection around them.
Check-ups also exist to retighten the screws and to remove the prosthesis for a deep clean. Implants and fixed prosthetics placed at the clinic carry a five-year warranty.
All-on-4 — Frequently Asked Questions
- Will I have fixed teeth the same day?
- A fixed temporary prosthesis is placed at surgery, so yes. The final prosthesis follows after bone integration, on the second trip.
- How many implants are needed?
- Four to six per arch. The number is decided from the scan, on the volume and density of bone available, not in advance.
- Is it better than a full denture?
- It is different: the prosthesis is fixed, does not move when eating and does not come out at night. A full denture remains a valid answer, cheaper and without surgery. The choice follows the bone available, general health and budget.
- What does it cost?
- After examination. The written quote is free and covers consultation, imaging, anaesthetic, temporary prosthesis, final prosthesis, check-ups and the five-year warranty.
