How many teeth for a complete smile?

Eight to ten, depending on what shows when you smile. That visible zone is what the quote is built on, which is why the complete-project figure is not the price of one veneer multiplied out.

Ceramic or porcelain veneer: what is the difference?

None. They are two names for the same material, and you will see both on quotes. What genuinely differs between one quote and another is the ceramic used — pressed E-max, feldspathic, layered zirconia — and the laboratory that makes it. Ask for the name of the material, not the family.

How much do 20 dental veneers cost?

Twenty veneers means both arches, and that is markedly less common than the complete smile of eight to ten teeth — which covers only what shows when you smile. The figure is not reached by multiplying the price of one veneer: a project is quoted as a whole, and the complete smile starts at €1,800. For twenty teeth the quote follows an examination. The question worth asking before the price is whether twenty teeth need preparing at all — often they do not.

What does a composite veneer cost?

It is quoted after examination, and that is an honest answer rather than a dodge: a composite veneer is sculpted directly onto your tooth in one appointment, so the chair time depends entirely on the state it starts from. What can be said without seeing you: it costs less than ceramic, it can be repaired, and it stains and wears faster — five to seven years against ten to fifteen.

Does CNAS reimburse this?

No. Implants, fixed prosthetics and cosmetic treatment are not covered. The quote given before treatment is the amount you pay.

How is treatment paid for?

Cash, in dinars, at the clinic. No deposit is taken in advance. If you arrive with euros you change them here — the euro figures on this page indicate the order of magnitude; they are not an amount you hand over.
